The Edutech Master Learner Programme came about in 1994 by a franchise called The Paragon Generation to play an active role in Education, Training and Development. The word ‘Paragon’ is described in the Oxford dictionary as a MODEL or SYMBOL OF EXCELLENCE, or you can compare it with a 100 CARAT DIAMOND that is perfectly shaped.
